The Black-Eyed P is located at 110 W. 9th Street in Michigan City, IN 46360.
Our location is two stories. We have a banquet hall space that seats 108 with a stage area, which is perfect for weddings, parties, meetings or other gatherings. Our venue has one of the largest fresco dining areas in Michigan City. Our southern-fusion cuisine will more than satisfy!
Our Food
Some of our specialty dishes include:
- The gourmet Woodfire turkey burger with home cut french fries
- The blackened shrimp and scallops with black beans and Jasmine rice
- The grilled shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce. Our cocktail sauce has diced grilled shrimp, onion, and other secret ingredients.
- Tilapia cakes with mango salsa
- Gourmet Woodfire half chicken and Jerk Tilapia croissandwich and Cajun favorites like shrimp etouffee and Cajun Jambalaya.

Sunday Brunch will begin on Labor Day Weekend. We have several television screens to view Sunday football all day. Perfect with a beer and a gourmet turkey burger!
Drinks Redefined!
We have the best drinks in town! All of our vodka martinis are infused with fresh fruit. We have several flavors including orange, strawberry, pear and pineapple. We also have a delicious chocolate martini topped with whip cream. Of course, our beautiful black walnut bar offers the usual mixed drinks, import and local beers, and wine. Be sure to come have a drink with us after work, during the football games (we are always showing the game) and any other time you feel like having a tasty and refreshing cocktail or beverage!

Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-9pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am-10pm and Sunday from 11am-5pm.

Stony Gardens Catering
We cater fresh, delicious food for any event. We can deliver or you can pick up your order. You can order a variety of our foods in half-pan or full pan size. A half-pan is approximately 16-20 servings, a full-pan is approximately 36-40 servings. We also have several desserts available including cheesecake, cake and banana pudding. A cake or cheesecake is approx. 8-12 slices.
